Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras and Audio, No WiFi, 3.2" Screen

Love this baby monitor so much that this is my second one. I registered and received one from my baby shower. I purchased another one to have when we travel or when my mom watches our baby. I like that it doesn't connect to WiFi so I can use it wherever we are. It has a good range on the signal, good video quality, and good sound. It's easy to set up and pair. It helps give me peace of mind to be able to see my baby while she sleeps.

The monitor is the exact size it’s described to be but compared to our Babysense (which is huge) this monitor is teeeeny! We bought it for a travel monitor and it’s honestly perfect! Even though the screen is small, the picture is super clear and it’s easy to tell if baby’s eyes are open or not.. great night vision! We had an infant optics as our home and another as a travel set. We liked them but they both just stopped holding charges then stopped working (despite new batteries). We bought the Babysense for our everyday but completely forgot to replace our travel set. I bought this because the price was great but more so because it would be delivered fast. We’re very satisfied with it! Also, super easy to set up and operate. It has all the same features as our nearly $200 monitors have/had. All in all, I’d definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this HelloBaby monitor! It was super easy to set up, and I love that it doesn’t require Wi-Fi. The screen is the perfect size and everything is so easy to use. I especially love being able to quickly switch back and forth between the different cameras to check on both of my babies. It makes keeping an eye on them so much easier!

Ok so I want to start by saying I did not receive this camera for free in return for a review. I want to make that clear bc I read other reviews stating the good reviews must’ve came from paid promotions. THAT BEING SAID, when I purchased it in June it was $70 after tax not $89.99+tax that it is now. Ok so some background. We bought this for our daughters room as a BACKUP. Therefore, i wasn’t looking around for anything super expensive. I didn’t even really look at the features of this camera when I purchased it. What happened is we have the Owlet sock 3 and owlet cam. The sock is incredible and the camera was good. Biggest thing is it wasn’t practical to have to use our phone as the monitor nor was it practical to carry around our tablet so that’s how i found the hello baby camera and made purchased it based on star rating (I didn’t bother reading reviews) and the price. Review time: as I mentioned I bought this as a backup so I wasn’t interested in smart features as I had all of that on my owlet. I purchased this based on price. First impressions: monitor was smaller than I expected BUT my fault for not fully reading size description and it was cheap after all. Ok so I was actually really impressed by some of the features it had: room temperature, one way or two way voice, and most of all camera movement control from the monitor was super cool! (My owlet cam was stationary so this was neat) Camera can go up down left and right. I do wish it could move down further BUT I understand that any further down and I’d be staring at the plastic base. Not to mention that it does appear it is meant to be mounted on the wall or crib. Given that I had my owlet mounted above the crib, I simply put this camera on a book shelf that overlooks my daughters crib. Zoom function is pretty neat, I do wish there were more than just 2 zoom options though but again for the price I can’t complain and realistically the feature, atleast for me, isn’t a necessity. Now this is where I see a lot of negative reviews, the connection. Ok so I went about a month getting super frustrated with the Monitor feed turning off as if it’s losing connection, and then reconnecting a seconds or minutes later. I was watching the bars on the corner of the screen and saw them drop then disconnect randomly start up again….so I assumed (as I didn’t read the manual in full) that I was losing signal. The point of this camera was to be a back camera so I didn’t have to have my phone out constantly it was quite frustrating!!!! ….and then…I realized it’s bc I had the VOX setting on which is a sleep mode where it still provides audio but turns off screen to save battery….once I turned this off my screen stayed on and hasn’t lost connection like I thought it was. I don’t live in a 5000sq ft house or anything but we live in a 2400sq ft house and I can be in my room which is across the hall, or I can take it downstairs to living room kitchen etc and haven’t had connection issues. It’s been 6-7 months and it’s still working fine. My daughter has grabbed it and slammed it against the ground, thrown it across the room and still works. It holds a charge well when not used or when in VOX mode or just audio mode. When the screen is on it lasts about 6hrs. We use it during the day for naps and then at night we use it but leave it plugged in next to the bed on the nightstand. Ok so final thoughts. It works great and does what it’s supposed to. It’s obviously not a “smart” monitor but it has the most important and necessary functions and they work well. So would i buy this again? At the price point I paid? Ya absolutely and I would’ve bought the a second camera. Would I buy it for $89.99+tax? I mean maybe, but I’m not really sure what else is out there at that price point. Did this product go up bc of inflation and supply chain issues and so did the other products then maybe if this is still considered a cheap price for monitors now a day. Or did this price go up bc of greed since it was selling well while the other monitors stayed at their price points? If that’s the case then probably not as when I was looking there were some monitors with multiple cameras, larger screens, and known brands around the $100 mark. So do your research and compare what’s out there around this price.

We love this monitor! I’ve purchased it 3 times as we’ve needed more cameras in our house. I like that it doesn’t have WiFi connected. It works well and I’d recommend it to anyone. Easy to setup and use. Connection reaches through out house and outside.

The monitor and cord are very poor quality. We had a previous monitor from the same brand that was great. This version is awful. Our monitor does not hold a charge. We have to twist the cord just right to charge. Unacceptable for a baby monitor! The customer service from this company is awful. I asked for a replacement monitor and cord and I was given a list of things to check. I just want the replacement. That is poor service. The last monitor from this brand lasted for over 2 years without any issues. I will never buy this brand again. Very disappointed.

I’ve purchased this baby monitor 6 times! You read that correctly. 6 times. But this will be the last time (keep reading). My twins are almost 10 years old, and over the years since they were born I’ve purchased this baby monitor 6 times. “Why?”you ask. Because, for starters, it’s $35. Every time the video monitor stops charging (usually after about a 1 year-18 months) I just buy a new one. Then I pair the new and old cameras to it and start again. It also travels well, and the picture is clear enough (although not great - this isn’t the type of camera where you’ll easily be able to watch your baby’s chest rise and fall with each breath). This is very basic - can I see if my three boys are screwing around and not going to bed? Yup! Can I use the microphone to tell them to go the ef to sleep? Sure can. But this will be my last because for the first time ever, my old cameras don’t pair with the new monitor!!!!!! HelloBaby must have switched up the frequency or something, but that means I’m down to just one camera. So, sorry Hello Baby, but after a decade you’ve lost me as a customer.

I am a mother of 4 and have used a few different monitors over the years, but this HelloBaby by far has been the best. I have used this monitor for 2 of my 4 children, still using it for my 2 year old now, and plan on continuing to use it for our next baby too. I have even been gifted other monitors with all of the fancy bells and whistles that I tried out, but I just end up stopping use of them and going back to this tried and true monitor that I love. This is simple and easy to setup and use, not at all confusing like some others. No wifi or Bluetooth connection. In fact one of my favorite features about this is that it does not have to connect to wifi, which can be spotty, and I have never had to worry about a stranger hacking into our monitor that way. It has great range and reaches all throughout our 4,000 sqft home, and has even worked inside our nextdoor neighbors house too. My husband was still at home, but I carried the monitor over to my neighbor's with me so that I could watch my baby sleeping. The volume turns up loud and clear so that I can hear it throughout our house, and turns down quiet enough that I myself can get a good night's sleep without waking up from every little sound that my baby makes. But the lowest setting is still loud enough to wake me if my baby is crying. The picture is crisp and clear, and I love that there is the temperature always displayed so that I know if I need to adjust the heat or air. We have traveled with this so much over the years and always take it with us when we visit family, and have never had trouble with it not working in any of the houses that we have stayed in. I have never found that anything interferes with the connection causing it not to work, and that is most important to me. If there was one thing that I could change about this monitor it would have to be having the time displayed on the screen so that I don't have to look between my cellphone and monitor for that, but it has not been a problem over the past 4 years of using it. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a quality simple monitor that doesn't stress you out setting up and using it.

O produto tem um excelente custo benefício, a entrega chegou rápida antes do previsto, veio bem embalado, a instalação foi bem fácil basicamente é só ligar a câmera na tomada mesmo! A visão noturna é boa e a luz é bem fraquinha não atrapalha o sono do bebê, a do ar condicionado por exemplo é mais forte! Você consegue desligar a imagem do monitor e usar a bebê só com áudio tbm se preferir, o monitor eu achei bem bom e intuitivo. O áudio é bom e da pra ouvir bem, também da pra falar com a câmera. Durante o dia a câmera é ótima, não tenho vídeos mas é excelente! Único ponto negativo é que talvez se a sua casa for muito grande não pegue em todos os cômodos, aqui funcionou bem, mas quando me afastei bastante ela caiu…. No geral achei uma boa compra e eu recomendo o produto

Ho acquistato questo baby monitor in sostituzione di un altro, acquistato sempre qui su Amazon il quale, nonostante le migliaia di recensioni positive, ha da subito presentato dei problemi (leggero ritardo nell'audio/video e soprattutto la batteria non durava nemmeno un paio di ore, pur con lo schermo in stand-by). Questo baby monitor fa tutto ciò che promette: qualità video perfetta, batteria durevole, segnale che prende anche da un estremo all'altro della mia casa di 90mq, e soprattutto la videocamera può essere controllata da remoto, che è una comodità secondo me imprescindibile. Il baby monitor che avevamo in precedenza, e di cui ringrazio tanto Amazon di averci concesso la possibilità di effettuare il reso, era fisso e mi sono resa conto di quanto questo fosse scomodo solo dopo il primo giorno di utilizzo: infatti, una volta addormentata la bambina, capitava di avere l'unità video in tutt'altra stanza (lasciato dal precedente utilizzo). Quindi mi è capitato più volte di dover rientrare nella cameretta per riposizionare la telecamera in modo che inquadrasse adeguatamente la bimba, e questo spesso è stato responsabile di suoi risvegli. Una vera seccatura, completamente risolta con questo sistema! Insomma, mi sono dilungata perchè davvero ne vale la pena... ad averlo acquistato prima!!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

We only used it twice and the second time the screen monitor hanged for hours and we couldn't even turn it off. It is very dangerous you might think and see baby is sleeping while the image is hanging and the baby might be crying inside !!! Dont buy this
