I ordered this after discovering that there were wells contaminated with PFAS (forever chemicals - fluorinated carbon) - I followed the advice of someone who posted a video here on Amazon, but I unfortunately cannot recall the link. He had paid out of pocket to have water tested for this item as well as other brands. This particular model came 2nd, but since it does not require any plumbing (which could not be implemented in our kitchen for an under-the-counter model) it was the best choice. I have changed the filters and it still is in perfect order. Very satisfied with the water taste. I chose the version that adds a few electrolytes for taste in the final filter which makes the water taste really good. Better than bottled water. The design is easy to handle, the speed of filtration is fast. I ordered a second container so I can alternate the pots. After 3 years of use I can say that it has a strong durability. I recommend this product to all my friends.

Works as expected. Water taste 'clean’. The refill tank at times won’t fir perfectly into the unit.

Love the system! Surprisingly easy to set up, very much plug and play right out of the box with the exception of installing the filters, which come with the product. You just have to wash the carafe and tap water tank and cycle it 4 times and it's ready to drink from. Filtration speed is fast and seems to cycle through very quickly and the water taste a lot better than expected. Also, it helps to check and see how hard your city water is as it may need softening pre-filtering to avoid damaging the unit /filters. So far I love it compared!
