Bought 3. One has completely deflated on second use so now unusable. No clear puncture and can’t find where leak is coming from to patch Shame as they feel great quality and comfy to sleep in and store away in their bags and come with spare patches. I’m way passed return date so can’t contact seller as Amazon won’t let me through options to advise them of issue Update: second bed has done the same as the first mattress after a handful of uses

Very comfortable and super easy to use. No manual pumping required, takes about a minute to inflate automatically. Has a nice built-in section to house the plug socket in, although can be a little tight to cram the plug and the wires into. Does fit with a bit of fiddling. The mattress inflates quite thick/high, which you might see as a good thing if you prefer not to be too close to the ground, have mobility issues getting up from too low down.

Very comfortable for guest

We ordered this last minute but it still would have arrived the following day so all good. Unfortunately it's delivered by Evri abs as we weren't in, unlike everyone else who leaves it behind the bins or deliver it next door they bugger off with it and deliver it the next day so we didn't get it in time. But. I tried it the following night just to test it. I'm half the recommended max weight and yet it did lose some inflation. I inflated it for the recommended 3 minutes abs it was fine, but it is noisy to pump up. Not sure if we will keep it or send it back and choose a different one

Received this today and inflated it with super ease! So impressed with the quality!! My friend is coming tonight and sleeping on it so I'll update if it all goes wrong but brilliant so far!

Ansicht bin ich zwar zufrieden, aber der äußere Anschein täuscht etwas, denn die Luft geht schneller raus als man es glauben möchte. Eine Nacht geschlafen und schon muss man mit Strom nachpumpen. Für Campingnächte (für Kinder) absolut nicht gedacht.

Es wird nicht angegeben das kein EU (deutscher) Stecker dran ist. Somit nochmals 15 Euro mehr ausgegeben. Ärgerlich Ansonsten ist das Bett wie beschrieben

Avoid this seller!!!!!!! Absolute scam and terrible customer service. I ordered a bed urgently for my mother, and it was never delivered. I stayed home the ENTIRE day waiting. The seller (The Benross Group) and the courier claim it was "delivered" but refuse to provide any proof of delivery, no signature, and no details on who supposedly took it. They simply do not care and refuse to help. My money is gone, the item is missing, and their customer support is completely useless. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. Disgraceful. I dont have any idea where is my order and apparently neither do them or an post.

I bought this inflatable mattress 4 weeks ago. I only used it a few times ...and already it is starting to deflate really badly. The Last time I used it ...it was more than half deflated when I woke up. I am raging at the poor quality of this product and I demand a refund. I will be sending similar texts like this on various platforms if I do not get any response here asap.
