IDENTIGENE DNA Paternity Test Collection Kit for New York Residents

Found out that a youngman 30 years old is my son. The kit purchase was cheap, but you have to pay extra for the processing and the results were received 2 weeks later rather than one week like it says. I have 3 daughters and it's nice to find out that I actually have a son. results came in at 99.9998.

Horrible, so it came in a crushed box with only a card and instructions no swabs, ontop of the $149 you might have to pay an additional fee for a doctor or attorney to authorize this “home” DNA test, the instructions say you HAVE TO schedule an appointment for collection of DNA sample! So what’s so damn private about this test?

Test work tremendously and got the test within a week

Make sure you buy the correct test kit if you live in New York. I wasn't aware of the differences in the testing kits and bought this one. As a result the lab threw away my specimens and told me to buy the "New York kit" because of the paternity testing laws for NYS. The product was easy to use as far as how long it takes, for testing, I wouldn't know. I was discouraged by the confusion and went with another paternity testing company also found on Amazon for cheaper with the lab fee already included with price.

they are using identigene to sell their cheap product and their customer service is the wrost i have ever seen. if you need the product you see in the picture you call identigene and you will get that very product.

Identigene gave me my life back and I am forever grateful. Go to the website and familiarize yourself with how it works before ordering. I conducted the test myself and received a email about a week later with the results and also a 'snail' mail document. You do not need the mothers DNA to get the results to see if you are the father, which was my situation. I had purchased this item while working in South Korea. Unbeknownst to me, one particular customs guy (American) at Incheon was sending these back. I could not for the life of me figure out why I was not getting the product, then the call came one day from this knucklehead... Needless to say, veiled threat issued to this PoS with a deadline to get my package or stand by.... Ummm, got the package the next day! So...12 years dealing with a issue that was not mine to contend with. 12 years of non stop BS was finally brought to a halt with this product. DO NOT be a HOSTAGE! If you do not believe in your heart that you are the father of a child, get this test and get the no kidding answer you deserve.

I am going to return the test kit I got. I went to CVS and bought the real Identigene kit.
