Pretty easy to program, easy to open. I put both thumbs in the lock, in case I get a cut on a finger I need a backup. The shackle is not very thick, this lock isn't good for expensive items. I use it for my Pickleball locker. I'd estimate it opens on the first try 90% of the time, and 10% takes 2 tries. Way faster than spinning a dial on a Master Lock. Only real drawback is I can't give someone my locker combo if they want to borrow one of my great Diadem paddles. Overall I like it.

Works well easy to set up, I use at gym

Three people's fingers are entered. All worked when tested. A few days later, none of them can unlock the Padlock. I was planning to use the lock in a gym locker. It stopped working even before my first time use in the gym. I swear the lock is kept in the dry environment with room temperature (about 70 F). Tried many ways to reset using suggestions from ChatGPT. None of them can reset and open the lock. Now the lock is attached to a backpack. I have to mechanically remove it. Luckily, it is not dead in the gym locker. Otherwise, I had to call a locksmith. I wish Amazon offers negative rating on product quality. If so, this lock has the lowest negative rate. It not only does not work at all but also causes problems. It is not returnable since I will have to break the shackle to detach it from the backpack.

Perfect lock and easy programming.

The the fingerprint scanner isnt as accurate as I'd hoped. Sometimes it takes several times for it to register my finger. Setup wasn't as smooth either after about 20 mins I gave up. Tried again later that evening and was finally successful. I do the the convenience of not having to punch in a code or open an app though. Would love to see a updated model with maybe a slightly bigger scanner surface area.

Ok, well at least I got it to work, sorta. There's a mechanism inside that sometimes locks and sometimes misses. All it takes is another fingerprint to reverse that mechanism, then the latch can be realigned to catch in place when locking. Granted you won't be rushed for time when locking your locker, and unlocking its fairly consistent, but it's still not a 5-star product. I'd pay much more for a gym lock this size that's built better for higher security. Phone, wallet, computer sometime in my locker, this one isn't gonna help me sleep better. Sweaty clothes and a bus pass, good enough.

This thing is great you can open and close it hundred of times on a single charge.

Wound up trashing. Not easy to set up the fingerprint recognition. And once I got that, it didn't want to recognize my print and open lock frequently. I never even got to the point of putting it on a locker. I just can't imagine fiddling around with it on an actual locker to try to get it to work

I am really happy with how this fingerprint lock works, very responsive to my fingerprint with no lag in opening the lock, allowing for quick access to whatever I will have locked up. Getting it out of factory mode was easy, and registering the 2nd fingerprint was easy as well. You can also add up to 20 fingerprints if need be, while having the capability of unlocking it over 2000 times on a single charge, great for my situation since I will be the only one using the lock and won't have to worry about constantly charging it. Love the lock so far, the fingerprint design is genius for those of us that don’t like codes or carrying around a bunch of keys!

This fingerprint lock is great for my gun safe, no keys or codes to forget, just my finger. The scanner works fast, and the metal body feels solid. Fits tight on my safe’s latch, and the battery lasts months. Love that only my print opens it.
