I got this on recommendation from a guy on YouTube. Went on fairly easily. I didn't clean my chain really well beforehand so I am probably seeing picked up grit and dirt from what was already there. I am continuing to clean and reapply. I definitely don't get chain tattoos from using this!

Don't rack your brains thinking too much, it's a lubricant my friend, not a magic formula, so every so often you'll have to give it maintenance.A little degreaser, water and a hard bristle brush will do an excellent job of cleaning.
