Will not work on backbone
The rings fit the joystick on the backbone but joystick will not return. Also stops the joystick from going all the way in a certain direction. I don't think this is a problem with how they are made there is a dust cover where the bottom of the joystick meets the ball of the joystick and I think it's is causing the dust cover to be to tight to the ball.

For my ROG Ally
I got this to stiffen up the joysticks and also because they leave black residue on the RGB rings. This will stop that. Just mess with the sensitivity settings.
