I was skeptical of the build quality and functionality of this Spa but it has exceeded my expectations for sure. I set it up by myself in about 30 minutes, the instructions included were just pictures though. No descriptions of the parts or steps. The sides are firm, an adult can sit on the side of the Spa and it will remain upright and firm. The air massage does more than I expected, the water moves like it’s boiling when it’s on. I like the app controls and settings. The cover fits well. I was thinking we’d get this to see if we wanted a real hot tub but we might just keep this Spa long term.

The media could not be loaded. I’m reaching out regarding a brand new Lay-Z-Spa St. Moritz I purchased from Amazon as a birthday gift to myself. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience. The spa’s pump unit is leaking water from underneath, even after careful setup, multiple reattachments, and confirming that all external hoses and valves are completely dry.The leak appears to be internal to the pump housing, and occurs consistently after turning it on. I’ve attached a photo clearly showing water pooling beneath the unit.What’s especially frustrating is that I’ve already invested in related accessories, including AquaDoc chemicals which I have already added to the water — so returning the entire spa now leaves me with wasted product and expense.This was meant to be a relaxing, celebratory purchase, and instead it’s been stressful and disappointing. I’m requesting a replacement pump unit or a full replacement of the spa, depending on what’s covered. I also ask that you take into account the additional cost of chemicals I can no longer use due to this defect.Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue. I’d really appreciate a prompt response so I can get back to enjoying the product the way it was intended.

We love ours! Have had for a year and a half. We live in northern Cali where winters get into the 20’s and this stays warm at 104! Good quality, no signs of wear or tear after 1.5 years. Our pump sends error codes when the filter needs to be replaced. Once we turned the hot tub off but left the filter in too long and the paper in the filter disintegrated and was a huge mess, had to drain and rinse. Our first pump went out completely at 11 months but since it was under warrenty, Bestway sent us a whole new pump. Customer service from Bestway was great. The pumps said sold out on there website and I had read other negative reviews about the pumps but I easily submitted a claim and they mailed me a new pump within a week.

My daughter REALLY wanted a hot tub, but I was hesitant to spend thousands of dollars on a traditional hot tub without knowing if she would really use it. I looked at the cheaper smaller versions of this inflatable tub, but decided to go with this bigger size so she could have friends get in with her. I'm actually finding that I love it as well! It's great that it plugs into a traditional outlet so no electrical work was needed. I haven't noticed any big change in our electrical bill. If the bubbles are on, the temp goes down a couple of degrees, but that doesn't bother us. I prefer sitting in it without the bubbles on and the temp maintains just fine. We're using Aqua Finesse and Bromine tablets for the chemicals. It comes with a bromine/chlorine tablet holder and an extra filter so that's nice. I thought it might be weird to sit on the ground instead of a bench/seat like in a traditional hot tub, but it's totally fine. We set the unit on sets of cheap interlocking mats from Harbor Freight to give it a nice base and it's really comfortable. The top is easy to take on and off and buckles down nicely. I would HIGHLY recommend this hot tub to anyone, especially if you're just "dipping your toe in the water" of seeing if this is something you'll really use. Five star review from me!

Omg!! I'm so excited! I ordered a different spa it never came. So I got this one instead! I've been waiting for one for weeks. This came exactly when it said it would! Set up was a little tricky won't lie utube videos help. Once you figure it out it's a breeze! Inflated in 5 min filed with water in 20min. We like it cold right now because it's summer, will heat when it gets colder! The quality is 100% everything it says! I am extremely happy with this purchase!! Thank you salu spa!! You made my world better 😁
