This thing in conjunction with the intake manifold definitely woke up the throttle response. Huge improvement over 64mm. Beautifully made. To the rookies out there hellbent on modding their Hondas: I recommend an AFR wideband gauge at the LEAST, and ideally a Hondata ECU BEFORE upgrading anything that messes with air or fuel.

only flaw it had which was a simple to adjust. Was the wing nut for the throttle. My car usually idles at 950 - 1000 rpms, after installing this throttle body I was roughly at 1200rpms full operating temp. so after loosening the wing nut 2 turns it dropped back to 950 ish - 1000 again , other than that works amazing with a noticeable difference !! cant wait to grab the stage 2 tuner series camshaft and cam gear from skunk2 !!

Bought this for my '99 Prelude as a replacement because the stock one had a coolant fitting bust. This product works well and is an easy bolt-on. Make sure to use lock-tight on the screws because they like to vibrate out. The only issues I am having is the sensors on the throttle body reading more air coming in and I am still running a stock intake manifold and at idle the car will occasionally stall because too much fuel is coming in and the restrictive stock intake manifold does not flow as much air when at idle. Once the car is moving at high RPMs, it loves it.

This wonderful part will add a little pep in your step THIS WILL NOT FIT ON FACTORY MANIFOLDS, YOU MUST HAVE THE PRO SERIES INTAKE OR EQUIVALENT! Throttle Response is outstanding, and will defiantly throw you back in your seat. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to get more out of their performance build on their Honda. ******The Throttle position sensor is a "NON-Serviceable part" you will have to drill out the bolt rivets on your previous throttle body and use the hex cap screws provided to install on this beast********** For anyone installing on a D-Series motor, you will have to buy the B16 MAP Sensor and install it on the Throttle before use, or you will suffer a vacuum leak. I am a professional mechanic, with much experience in aftermarket performance. My advise is to help you know before you purchase the things that will need to be modified (as they will with most performance parts).

Exactly what I expected from Skunk2, good quality and perfect fitment!

Only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the fact that the original one that was bought a couple years ago started sticking and causing high idle, but it appears sk2 has fixed this issue in their newer products. New one was easy to install, came with hardware and gasket, cars runs great and throttle response is phenomenal.

Lo instale en un honda civic 98 exr. La verdad si se siente el incremento en la potencia, es poco, pero se siente la mejora Hay un tubo que no supe a dónde conecta, de momento lo clausure. También lo instale con el cuerpo de admisión de la misma marca Para empezar tu proyecto creo que está bien

Have three and great working , you will need to loosen throttle plate and close it to tighten it back up and usually it’s good to go , factory does not aline them properly

Quedó ensamblado perfectamente en el manifold OEM, y la diferencia es enorme en cuanto a respuesta de acelerador, vale la pena.

Bolted right up to my new intake, waiting on some other parts before i can install this beast but should make a Huge diff from stock setup I've been driving around with for the past 6 years.

Throttle body works good! Had to do some tweaking to get it not to stick but very good noticeable difference in power! I’d recommend it forsure!!
