Updated 01/27/24The original heater I bought in December was phenomenal until it died a couple weeks later. More than likely, it's just a defective unit. I was contacted immediately after leaving a review and promised a replacement. I just received it today. I can say that I'm very happy with this company. It seems they stand behind their product and value their customers. I would buy from them again. The heater is great! It puts out a lot of heat and is perfect for my chilly garage. Most of the time, it will stay on low and I'm comfortable. I have no plans to mount it to a wall, but I love the convenience of the stand. I can move it anywhere and adjust the height and angle. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the flame effect but I actually like it. Since I just received the replacement, I'll update later on how the new heater is working.Original reviewI bought this heater in December 2023. It was delivered on the 19th and, as of last night, it no longer works. There is no heat whatsoever. In the two weeks it did work, it was one of the best heaters I've owned. Now, I can say that it's the worst. I've included a photo of the heater on high but putting out no heat. I'll try to contact seller. I'm hoping I just got a defective unit.

First of all, I really like the appearance of this electric heater. The LED lights below are beautiful, and it heats up very quickly. I'm already looking forward to various holidays and moments spent with family gathered around the electric heater. This heater comes with a stand and can also be easily mounted on the wall, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

This product is great despite it not being used for my patio. My patio is not an enclosed space so using it in the winter did not work well. However, I put it in my basement and it heated the entire basement to a comfortable temperature without having to use the house thermostat. This product is easy to relocate and heat small spaces easily as well.

Bought for my partner, Pete. He loves it. Really warm and remote is nice.

Heat can be felt as long as you are on top of this heater

Did not give great heat. At returning it I had to pay over $50.00 to return a $149.00 product. They suck as seller.
