Engaño o publucidad falsa

Decepcionado y estafado. El detalle del producto indica que el materian es CAUCHO, por eso se compró. Pero que es plastico. Y ustedes los de Amazon no dan garantias al comprador, pues condidero que en estos casos lo que cabe es sanvionar al priveedor por incunplur con la espeficacion deberisn reembolsar el tital sin la devolucion del producto ya que fue su error.
