I doubt you will ever need to replace it unless you break it using it for something other than it was intended for. The pins are welded in, I like that and the nut is a "nyloc" nut so you can tighten or loosen it how you prefer, and the adjustable arm doesn't swing around limp noodle unless you want it to and will stay in position when you want it to.
