Too small for iPhone 7 and when I put an iPhone 6 in it ..it leaked. As advised I did a leak test before using it and all was well. It was fine after 5 mins of swimming but when I went to turn on a new podcast 15 mins later I was startled to see the was phone appeared to be sitting in a bag of water. This turned out to be primarily water in between the two layers of plastic..but the phone itself was damp and traces of water had already reached the inner pouch. Maybe I got a dud but do be careful, if you get one check it again and again every 5 mins the first time you use it. I could easily have drowned my poor phone.

After posting my previous review, I contacted the H2O company and they were very responsive and eager to solve the problem of crackling noise due to bad connection from headphone and armband. In fact the solution was very simple but not found anywhere in their users guide (they need to make it more explicit, it helps). The answer is "The new headphone connector (female) on the armband is a bit tight. You will need to push the headphone jack into the connector ALL-THE-WAY until you will hear a firm snap. You can even remove the rubber boot from the connector to make it easier to push it in. Sometimes due to the rubber boot - it is hard to get it all the way in. In fact, you might want to swap to the smaller rubber boot that came with the armband." Doing that solved the pb and it is fantastic to swim and hear my audible or music in a very clear way. This is why they deserve a 4 star

This is one of the most expensive waterproof pouches available, but it does stand out in quality and features: the seal is sturdy and strong, and it includes the option of connecting waterproof earphones. I've used it in the sea, pool etc., and nothing inside was even moist. The band is also very comfortable - it's tight enough to stay firm in position, but also elastic enough so you can slip it on/off your arm with ease. The only con for me is it's very, very hard to open once you've sealed it - I find myself using a lot of strength. If they can improve that mechanism it would be perfect (or perhaps attach some tiny metallic lever for prying it open? )

This works for the iphone 6 and earlier models but it does not work for the iphone 7. It is advertised here as working for the iphone 7 but it does not. The iphone 7 will fit in the case but the audio does not work well. The iphone 6 and the iphone 7 have different headphone jacks. The iphone 6 and earlier models have the 3.5mm headphone jack and the iphone 7 and later use the Lightning port as the headphone jack. I attempted to use the little white 3.5mm to Lightening converter cable that came with my iphone 7 but it reduces the sound quality significantly in this waterproof case. I had an old ipod with the 3.5mm jack and I tried this waterproof case with that and it worked great but the sound quality was terrible when I tried to use it with my iphone 7. Using it with my iphone 7 was my intention when I purchased this and since it didn't work I returned this item.

This works like a charm for swimming with my iPod

Waterproof, don't get me wrong. However spending $60 on a product like this, it shouldn't be fraying like this after 1 use....

Works great! I used it to stream music while swimming laps with the H20 ear buds.

Perfect! Unlike others, this is truly waterproof. Simple to use and very effective!
