And there's a card with the product that said that if u have any problem, call the customer care at so and so number and when i tried reaching out to them, no one picked up. One issue with product could be that it doesn't work. But with this product, it's new heights. The product itself is not suitable to keep in sunlight contradictory to the fact that it's solar lights.
