Does it get in the way of the mount hardware?** A: Perhaps I do not understand the question, but I have a plasma screen TV which is not wall-mounted...so it is sitting on a table, and I (quite easily!) attached one end of the anti-tip straps to the back of the plasma screen and the other end of the straps to the sturdy table upon which the plasma screen sits. The straps affix to the back of the screen near the top (so, nowhere near the mounting platform of the TV) and the other ends affix to the table edge, as in the photo...and they only take up a tiny bit of room at the edge of the table (so there is still plenty of room for the base of the table top mount). Hope this helps! **Q: How do these actually attach to a tv? do your tv’s have anchor/screw points already? i don’t see anything like that on the back of my older tv.** A: Some flat panel devices may not have the screw holes. I know that I have two computer monitors that lack VESA mounting holes. Be warned though, you may simply be missing them if the holes came with a screw already in place, which may look like it is securing the case together. My TCL came with screws already in place and it took me a moment to realize it. That being said, it would not be uncommon for an older TV to lack them.
