Great tent, even better value!
For the price this is really excellent. Even for twice the price it's excellent. Whether you want to start questioning any ethics around how it's so good value is something entirely separate, but you can't fault what you're getting for this price. The quality feels very good. It's not the absolute lightest ( I have the 3 man), but you could definitely save a few grams with some better pegs. And it doesn't pack away to a tiny pack, although you could probably improve that with a smaller compression sack. Obviously, the 2 man would be lighter too, so if you're backpacking I'd go for that, but personally I like the extra space. And there's plenty of space! Let's face it, you're very rarely putting 3 people in a 3 man tent (or 2 in a 2 man), but with 2 people in this there still plenty of space inside for bags etc. and any smaller bits, like cookware can fit in the, admittedly small, porch areas. There's also storage pockets in each corner and space to hang clothes to dry etc. which is great! As it uses a single pole it is very quick and easy to assemble, even for 1 person. It is an inner first assembly, which if the weather is bad can be a bit of a pain as it means you then need to dry it out before you use it, but that's not really a problem - just a minor inconvenience. I haven't used the tent loads, so I can't comment on the longevity, but I have used it in pretty atrocious rain and quite strong winds with it standing up to the conditions perfectly - I didn't get wet and didn't even use the guy ropes. Durability seems good too, with very little evidence that I've used it showing other than a few cosmetic marks. I think if you look after it and dry it out, clean it etc. when you need to then this should last for years! If you're really bothered and want to improve it then I think you could - some better, lighter pegs, the guy ropes are OK but not great (although I personally haven't used them, so I've just found they get in the way for me...), and the bags could be improved. But even regardless of the excellent price, this is an excellent tent that I would highly recommend. I camped at download festival at the weekend with it and a friend was in a borrowed Berghaus tent that cost 3-4 times more - he's already bought one of these since because he liked it so much!

Very good for the price
Really good solo tent with lots of room, well compact and light enough. Had a few issues with the metal frame not fitting together very well on one of the connectors, managed to shave one end to connect it properly otherwise would have been 5 stars. Bargain!

Excellent tent.
I really didn't expect much from this tent to be honest. But I was very pleasantly surprised. I actually prefer this tent to my vango 300. This tent is so easy to put up and down. Had the normal Scottish torrential rain and not a drop got in. Its not the lightest backpacking tent and i probably wouldn't trust it on a summit in really high winds. But thats why you pay threw the nose for some tents. For low level backpacking you can't go wrong with this. What i would suggest tho is replacing the pegs. I also seen someone saying if you pitch it on wet ground and kneel on it some dampness comes threw the ground sheet. This is true and same thing also happens on the more expensive backpacking tents.

Light pack tent for travels
For a single person travelling extremely light on aotorbike trip across France and Spain , this was perfect. Easy to erect (about 7 mins) lightweight and waterproof.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Great for an overnight sleep on a mountain!
In June 2025 I hiked up the North Ridge of Tryfan with my 8 year old son. We camped on the side of the mountain in this tent and even with the strong mountain winds, I was able to put the tent up on my own. It’s a really impressive tent for the price, It’s also easy to pack and extremely lightweight for hiking. It survived all night through the wind and rain without any leaks. I would 100% recommend this tent to others! It’s probably also worth me mentioning that I’m 6ft 1, and I can sleep comfortably without my head or feet touching the top or bottom of the tent.

Good price but not as light as advertised
Tent looks great, good quality, and well made (no dodgy stitching). However, the weight is not as advertised. The tent in its bag with packaging removed is 3.3kg. However, by ditching the pole bag and replacing the oversize tent bag it comes in, and replacing the pegs with aluminium pegs you can get it down to just about 3kg, which for a tent of this size is really not to bad. The inside space is impressive, with plenty of head room so sitting up in the tent is not a problem. The porch space on either side is small (as expected) but if you are using the tent for two people there is enough space for bags inside. Not slept in yet or tested in the rain but the garden test pitch was all good. Very happy so far. UK, May 2024 Updated 28/07/24 - (Large Forceatt, 3-man Hike @£79.99) Just returned from a 7 week hike on the Cornwall section of the South West Coast Path and the Tamara Coast2Coast path. The tent performed amazingly. Held up to strong winds (we did always try and pitch a blunt end towards the wind), and kept out the rain and ground water. No leaks or issues what so every. Very impressed with this tent. Now considering purchasing the slightly smaller 2 man version to reduce weight on our next hike :o)

Testowałem go już w różnych warunkach...
Więc , jestem mile zaskoczony i polecam wszystkim.

Siamo stati in Corsica sotto tempeste torrenziali e venti oltre i 150 km/h (agosto 2022).

Perfect for warmer climate, portable and spacious
Overall very impressed with this tent. 3 people easily fit here, so it's perfect for me because we were 2 + motorcycle gear. Pros: Easy to mount / dismount - less than 5 min to mount Very portable - fits inside my motorbike case Very ventilated Good cover from rain and wind Cons: I was expecting it to be warmer, since most of it is ventilated it gets very cold at night, don't buy if you will camp in zones that go to 5°C or less, unless you have very warm bags and clothes.
