These are decent costume gloves, though I got them for working on watercolor paintings. The fabric is very thin and I can see my skin color through it, so if you need them for a band uniform or other more exacting reasons, these are not good enough. They do seem to be sewn well. My glove size in nitriles is large, I think of you wear XL or S size they won't fit, M or L should work. If you are looking for cotton gloves, these are not it.

These are awesome, very fancy and dressy gloves as they should be - that is what they were made for. "But" Nylon is slippery and hard to grip anything - so when Santa has to carry a bag of goodies it can be a challenge. They are great for going to the Opera or doing for late 1800's - early 1900's reenactment costuming. They are really great if Santa just sits around and does nothing but look pretty for a camera all day. But a working Santa needs just a little more grip (think marching band gloves for the grip).

My husband is “ Santa Claus “ to many children! The gloves are perfect! They are long enough to go up under the sleeves of his jacket . I simply wash them with liquid dish detergent, and hang them to dry.

I frequently need to appear in a uniform with white gloves. But, I'm hopelessly hands on, assisting with everything from wheelchairs to moving wires, stacking chairs and lifting caskets. I've got these as the "back up" gloves, in case the higher quality, uniform gloves get soiled or stained and I don't have time to clean them. I keep a pair tucked inside my instrument case, and another in my inside breast pocket. Unless you look closely (no one does where I am), you wouldn't know these weren't better qualify cotton gloves with a price tag 5-7 times greater. Winter's coming, and I may use them as glove liners, too. I think they'll work.

These are cheap cheap cheap gloves. I don't know how long they will last. Will they make it through the wash? We shall see. I ordered these to have some gloves for errands around town - pumping gas, picking up groceries, etc. These gloves are thin, which is what I wanted for warm summer. The biggest issue is the cut - there a lot of excess fabric inside the finger tip area. It bothered me so much I ended up turning them inside out and cutting down the fabric. Sewing on one of the gloves was lacking - there were tiny spaces open between the stitches. I wish there were someone locally who could make me a nicer pair. I'd spend more money for better quality.

Bought to go with a Santa outfit... having 3 pairs made it nice as there was a fresh pair each time Santa made his rounds. Great quality.
