Professional Chinese Wok Spatula, 15.7 In 18/10 Stainless Steel Wok Utensil

This wok spatula is wonderful. Though I don't usually leave it in the wok while cooking, the wood handle protects against burning a hand. The spatula is very sturdy, well built, and lifts food perfectly from the curved wok. The weight has just enough weight for easy handling but not too heavy at all. Great 'bang for my buck' & I would recommend it to anyone =8-) I would like to add, however, that when I get an email asking if I'd like to review an item, it is Quite annoying to have to go through all the log-in/security rigamarole. It would be great if there were a way to provide a review without all that (assuming, of course, one Would be required to do the 'rigamarole' if wanting also to purchase something. Just a thought...

Can't stir fry without it. Solid build quality and a great tool for wok cooking. Nice wooden handle.

Sturdiness is great, and I am so glad I got this spatula. It brings an ease to my stir fry skills.

It's one of the best scoops I have. The only problem I see is that the handle was not glued down. Works great with eggs.

Exactly what I wanted! Comfortable handle, great length, solid build, perfectly shaped spatula. I only hand wash by choice. This has made cooking in my flat-bottomed carbon steel wok much more enjoyable and efficient. Egg fried rice, let’s go!
