Review: Very happy, no problems at all. - Bought these for work as now have to spend a lot more time on phone and needed to block out family, dogs, neighbours, cars etc. Worked perfectly and have had no issues in the several months of use. I can hear everything clearly, volume dial works well, the other people can hear me, conference calls etc no probs. Only issue I had is with the design of the Gigaset phone charging bas which covers the headphone jack when in the cradle. This would affect all headsets.

Bought these for work as now have to spend a lot more time on phone and needed to block out family, dogs, neighbours, cars etc. Worked perfectly and have had no issues in the several months of use. I can hear everything clearly, volume dial works well, the other people can hear me, conference calls etc no probs. Only issue I had is with the design of the Gigaset phone charging bas which covers the headphone jack when in the cradle. This would affect all headsets.

This headset works great with my cordless phone. Even within the year ther was a fault but the customer service I received was very good and prompt and a replacement was sent out.
