Bought these for work as now have to spend a lot more time on phone and needed to block out family, dogs, neighbours, cars etc. Worked perfectly and have had no issues in the several months of use. I can hear everything clearly, volume dial works well, the other people can hear me, conference calls etc no probs. Only issue I had is with the design of the Gigaset phone charging bas which covers the headphone jack when in the cradle. This would affect all headsets.

Very pleased with this product. I am hard of hearing and find it hard to hear using phone in one ear. My cordless phone has a 2.5 headphone jack so I decided to buy these to see if they improved the call. The loudness was improved so it achieved my goal but also much more comfortable when on long phone calls to friends and family, no more the arm stuck in one position while holding the phone and no more the phone stuck to the side of your face! Good value for the money.

This headset works great with my cordless phone. Even within the year ther was a fault but the customer service I received was very good and prompt and a replacement was sent out.

Purchased as a try out for a branch at a call centre for a national charity (as obviously we cannot use the phones and usual headsets). Looking to the feasibility for each volunteer having their own headset, which they bring in and plug in and use. This seems like a good solution.

Headband is way too big even on the smallest setting. I've had to pad it up to make it fit as I really needed to use it. Calls work ok but your own voice does not come through the headphones which is odd. Would not recommend !

Arrive quick and works very well. I like the fact that it puts audio to both ears, not just one. It is very comfortablle and clear audio with good sound level. Calls are much clearer and easier to hear using this headset than just the phone, as well as having both hands free for the keyboard....

Nach einiger Suche habe ich dieses Headset für mein Gigaset S850 HX gefunden. Großartiger Kauf! Habe schon mit Kollegen telefoniert, traumhafter Klang (bei denen und bei mir)! Nun ergibt der Langzeittest, was es taugt, aber ich habe mich gerade bei Plantronics beschwert, weil sich bei meinem USB-Headset die Ohrmuscheln nach gerade mal 3 Jahren, kaum getragen, in Brösel auflösen! Also, soviel dazu... EDIT Juli 2020, 2 Monate stundenlange Nutzung pro Tag: Traumhaft, das Teil, ich bin begeistert wie am ersten Tag. Habe mir gerade ein zweites bestellt, bei dem Preis... Lagere ich, falls das andere wirklich irgendwann kaputt geht. Ich möchte es nicht haben, dass ich dann ein neues suchen muss, bei der Qualität. EDIT Dezember 2021: Bis auf etwas mehr Office im Sommer sehr viel Home-Office. Habe immer noch das erste Headset dran und es verrichtet eisern seinen Dienst! Echt ein super Teil.

Been using this at work for calls, meetings, and training. Decent quality. Covers both ears (this, I like.) Works well with the desk phones at my workplace. It sits quite comfortably and adds no pressure to the head. (This is usually my problem. I get headaches if I wear headphones or hairbands that are even slightly on the tighter side. I have not had any headaches with this one.) The volume controls are very good. I have been using these pretty regularly for about 2 months now. It has even been borrowed by colleagues with one asking me about this product; He has invested in the same about a week ago. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.
