Works as expected. The only issue I had so far was that the laptop was delivered without an audio device making it unable to play any music or sounds for that matter. The customer service took care of it remotely and it is now working well. I love the touch screen and low weight of this Dell compared to my old one. The battery life is also much better.

This Dell laptop ran well for about 4-5 months. But first the monitor connections failed to connect, then the units fan would kick on high gear for about a minute and then turn off, now the units fan just blinks and fails to start. I don’t want a refund… I would just please request for a repair or replacement. Thank you for your consideration.

This was a great purchase. It came to me in good shape and has been perfect. It isn’t the latest cutting edge processor and I don’t really need that for this little laptop. But it does exactly what I need it to do. Battery life is great. I would absolutely consider a used laptop like this again.

It’s a good Laptop, I have it since 2023. It arrived in good condition, was easy to set up, and performs smoothly for everyday tasks like web browsing, video calls, office work, and streaming. I bought this computer less than a year ago and I use it daily. It was a "used-refurbished computer" and I knew that when I bought it. I will never buy a used computer again. The main issues with the computer are the battery has to be charged frequently and the computer locks up every couple of days requiring a hard power down to restart the computer. Also the computer didn't come with a camera. I had to buy an external camera. The positives are its a lite computer and the size is small and compact for travel. I regret buying this computer and I wished I had spent a few extra bucks and bought a new computer.

Im not an Information Technology Specialist but the specifications on this laptop seemed pretty good. I installed Virtual Box and a virtual machine on it. Its been doing okay. No issues running that. I added an external keyboard, mouse, speakers (headphone port). I regularly print documents using a basic Canon printer. No issues with that either. For the old skool folk, theres no word pad (only note pad). I heard they stopped using word pad. SSD is currently the newest drive. Windows 11 operates on 64-bit. There is no 32-bit on windows 11. The graphics card is 128mb. Thats pretty low for gaming but its good enough for video streaming. The keyboard backlight is handy when im at the park during the evening. To turn this on/off hit "ctrl" and F5.

It arrived well packaged and undamaged, both box and computer. It was beautiful. But, it was flawed. It would not boot. I thought that maybe it was because of the cheap 65W USB-C ac adapter that sent along with it. I tried my genuine Dell USB-C ac adapter but it still would not boot. It looks like they didn't fully vet this laptop before it was sent out and sent out a defective laptop. I've started buying two different refurbished laptops when I need one now so I have at least one working laptop. Thankfully, my luck on these refurbs hasn't had a 50% failure rate but you might want to buy two of them if you're really going to depend on them working.

The refurbished laptop showed up in excellent condition and worked great for a few days, but then the hard drive completely failed. Repair went very well with excellent communications, RMA and shipping process, and I received the repaired laptop back in a reasonable amount of time (although a few more days than stated). An excellent supplier and it's great to know they stand behind their product.

Unfortunately, I lost the time to return the product. The battery had less than 50% life, the painting was bad and was already falling, and the charger gave electrical shocks. I don't recommend it.
