The linear actuators are controlled by applying a 12VDC voltage. Black wire to the positive terminal and red wire to negative terminal will make it extend. To make it retract, reverse the terminal connections. The actuator has pre-installed limit switche inside, it cannot be adjustable. It can be stopped at any position, with self-locking function.It will hold its position when the power is off. It will auto stop when it reaches the end. For more convenient control, if you need a remote control, we have a compatible remote control available,as in the following recommendation.Simply connect the actuator and battery (12V DC,not included) or adapter (AC 100-240V to DC 12V , not included), then it can work. How to protect the actuator ? Please use the 12V DC power battery. If using smaller voltage, the product cannot work well, use bigger voltage maybe will damage to the product. The working power should reach 40W-50W,otherwise the linear actuator cannot work normally. The actual load does not exceed the rated load.
