Has anyone used this as an eye drop for dry eyes?

I use pure Vit A from a capsule for our dog's dry eye and also for chronic conjunctivitis. The product has nothing else but the oil in it and it's been safe but if this has citric acid in it, I'd check with a natural vet before using. 1 drop per eye, 2 X day solves our dogs' problems. Was recommended by our homeopathic vet.

What type of vitamin a is this? fat or water soluble? plant or animal derived? retinoid and carotenoid? thank you!

Hello,Thank you for your inquiries. The Vitamin A Drops are micellized, meaning they are water miscible. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble nutrient. The vitamin A in this product is vegetarian, plant-derived. Each drop provides 5000 IU as vitamin A palmitate (retinoid) and 25 IU as beta-carotene (carotenoid). I hope this helps.

Could this be used on the face?

This is a potent drop. You wouldn't want to overdose by using on face.
