It really helps curb my hunger
Why everyone who's prediabetic and trying to reverse it without meds, and only with food and exercise, isn't told about bitter melon I don't understand! You should absolutely research what it can do! I use it twice a day along with other natural supplements and it really helps curb my hunger and my blood sugar readings are lower; sometimes my morning reading is in the 80s. I am exercising and eating healthy, whole food, and low carb but this is definitely helping. Experts even warn not to take it with medications for blood sugar or your blood sugar could get dangerously low. I did take too much and had some "digestive issues" but cut back to twice a day and taking it with food and the problem was quickly solved. I buy this on subscription, and keep an extra bottle on hand so I don't run out. It took over a month to get my first bottle so I don't want to be without it again.

I have been ordering from them my herbs because important thing that they made everything in USA, so I shouldn't be worried about contamination of the ingredients if comes from India. I mostly trust any company making it in USA and ingredients also from USA growing

Good for diabetics & pre-diabetics. Despite its name, it does taste great. Easy to take in the dropper form.

Works for me!
I'm a type 2 diabetic with higher blood sugar levels. Started taking this in the morning on an empty stomach. Wasn't hungry until lunch. I eat a good lunch and dinner and keep a balanced diet. This product has really worked for me! This morning my blood sugar was 104. That's a miracle for me. Just checked and it was 74....I had to go eat an orange!
