I used to use the green label heavy flow ones but switched to these because they’re slightly bigger, like me. lol I had a surgery for fibroids that went directly into having a period and listen — it’s not been pretty. I can sleep in these, get through my days in these. They’re thin but extremely absorbent for very, very heavy flow with clots. Maybe TMI but some of us need to know these things. They don’t stick to your skin like some of the other brands and they always feel dry. It’s bananas. They’re not super bulky and the wings are actually absorbent. The sticky goes all the way to the end so they actually stay in place. Added convenience of being able to order them and have them the next afternoon so I didn’t have to put on actual clothes was a god send.

Love these. I've worn Always most of my and I'm 47, but about 5 years ago I began to notice that I would chafe after wearing. So I began to look for a better less itchy pad. Love the length, and although thin it holds well and I feel secure. Plus no Irritation which is key! And I got these at a wonderful price. Would order again
