I purchased these massage lacrosse balls to replace the ones I somehow “lost” which most likely means one of my grandchildren claimed them as their own. These are absolutely perfect for working out those deep, hard-to-reach knots. They’re solid, firm, and provide just the right amount of pressure to really target tight muscles. I use them for my back, shoulders, and hips, and they work incredibly well every time. If you deal with tight muscles or stubborn knots, these are an ideal purchase. Durable, effective, and exactly what I needed. And this time? I’ll definitely be hiding them.

These are harder than the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, which also comes in a pair of the same hardness. After using the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls for a while, I wanted something harder to knead my neck and back muscle knots. These are perfect, like doing Deep Tissue Massage on myself, as opposed to gentler massage. Unlike the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, these don't come with a netted bag that holds them together and allows me to use both at the same time for neck or spinal massage. You can put it in a bag and do the same, but I find myself using only 1 ball at a time for more targeted massage. I'm gifting one of the balls to someone who I know needs this. Excellent value for money!

Hit the spot - literally! I run a lot and was looking for something smaller than my foam roller to get my arches and other small spots. This is really good for pinpointing small knots, etc.

Be careful using this on your back if you have chronic back pain. It's good for massaging the feet as it has enough firmness and is the perfect size. My issue with it is that it picks up dirt and hair very easily, and so it is annoying to clean.

I have seen so many things on social media about faccia release. I’m tired of my ugly neck hump so trying this since nothing else has been working! I lay on them nightly, one on each side of it and roll around until I can feel some pressure. I haven’t seen a difference yet as far as appearance but it helps the pain and makes me more comfortable for sure! Easy to use and good quality material.
