## Description

desertcart.com Fourth in the Great Fashions of the 20th Century series, this collectible Fabulous Forties Barbie reflects all the elegance of that exciting time, when Hollywood's glamour carried over into women's fashion with a dramatic, elegant flair. Barbie steps out in style with a beautifully tailored, satiny slim-cut skirt and crepe jacket in a deep ruby red. The full-length sweeping skirt features a thigh-high slit, and the smart, structured-fit crimson jacket comes with a sash belt. The ensemble is stunningly accented with rhinestone earrings, a bracelet, and a dragonfly brooch. A doll stand is included to display the 12-inch beauty. --Alison Golder Product description Great Fashions of the 20th Century Fabulous Forties(40's) Barbie; Fourth in Series Mattel

Review: Overall A Very attractive doll - A very nice doll, except for one manufacturer problem; the earrings make slight marks on sides of upper hairline near the ears and on the earlobes it is only noticeable to a doll expert! Okay for display purposes!
Review: Amazing! - This Barbie doll is beautiful! Package arrived nicely wrapped, the box was in mint condition, and the doll was perfect inside. I will not be taking her out of the box, she is to gorgeous to have outside getting dusty. I am happy with my purchase. Would definitely buy again!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Fashions of the 20th Century Fabulous Forties Barbie
*by C***I on July 5, 2015*

Beautiful display Barbie. She looks like a movie star going out on the town in Hollywood. The face, hair and outfit are perfect. Not for kids who would not appreciate the style and end up stripping the doll and messing up the hair. Recommended for display collectors ONLY.
