Dean Martin: 11 Original Albums & 56 Bonus Tracks

Love his laid-back style, vocally very Crosby,Como with hints of Guy Mitchell. A character singer/performer, hailed today as 'Cool'.This is a neat collection of his earlier works, For 40 years he would record some good songs, Jimmy Bowen latterly produced some classics for him and every word is clear. Worth checking out some of his later Reprise/Warner Bros releases.

If like I you are a firm fan of Dean Martin, then this is the all time bargain. Just look what you get for your money and there are some that I have never heard, know to me that is a bonus. I should not be writing this because in my eyes he can do no wrong but even if you only "like" him, give yourself and your ears a treat and get this really good deal for very little cash.

Well packaged box set with each cd in miniature sleeves, it will take awhile to work my way through all the discs but I what I've heard so far sounds great with some well remembered songs.

A remarkable collection of Dino's greatest and some lesser well known songs too. All for a remarkably low price. A veritable bargain and superb audio quality too.

A fantastic collection, as a long-time Dean Martin fan it is pure joy to have all these tracks together. As an introduction to the man's talent if you only know him for his famous 'drunk' persona or are only aware of his music as background score in movies and adverts, just listen to his smooth, warm baritone and if he doesn't leave you feeling relaxed and content you must be made of stone!

Great value selection of early albums including some real classics (e.g Italian Love Songs), good quality recordings.My only complaint is that I think there are only 10 albums, not 11 - as listed on Amazon's own description although for the price, this is a minor issue as there are 186 tracks here.
