This salt is life changing. I add a pinch to every jug of water and every meal I eat. Absolutely delicious! It corrects any type of electrolyte imbalance and allows for greater hydration. I will take this for life. I’m not retaining as much water as I used to and I feel much more refreshed and hydrated. This salt is magical. My second bag- first lasted a year. Absolutely delicious, coarse grained, wonderful for finishing. It is moist and the grind size means it doesn't disolve as easily, and probably too sticky for a grinder or a shaker. (never tried) I use in a small, glass jar and scoop or pinch out. Due to cost, use other salt for basic cooking. I use it medically for electrolytes too.
