The product is disappointing. While gurmar is known for its sugar-controlling properties, this company's packaging is subpar. The tea bags were poorly packed, with many threads broken, making it difficult to use without a spoon or fingers. About 70% of the pouches were damaged upon opening, and the remaining 30% got damaged during use. Overall, I'm highly disappointed and do not recommend this product to anyone.
