Been dealing with hearing loss for over 5 years, couldn’t afford the $4,000 hearing aids they recommended. This little device has opened up a whole new world to me! Works great! It doesn’t work as well in a room full of multiple people talking, as it amplifies every conversation, but other than that it is working like a charm! ***Update*** Quit working after a month. Tried everything, but just dead. So disappointing because the previous one worked so well!

Extremely tinny sound, lots of feedback even at minimal volume. I sent the first one back and they sent me a second- with no improvement. The packaging is of higher quality than the product. I cannot recommend these to anyone.

I understand that they provide a magnifier, but the screwdriver is useless and you cant use the screwdriver and the magnifier while holding the amplifier - and it is definitely NOT noise-cancelling, it amplifies everything equally! Deceptive advertising!

I have worn high-end hearing aids for over eight years and continue to do so daily. Make no mistake....these are appropriate only what they are advertised for: hearing amplifiers. They amplify sound. They don't modify it to an individual's specific needs. For the price, why should they? They are great for the intended purpose and are a great value. I use mine as a supplement to my regular aids, which are over-the -ear (RIC) and are a total pain with mask wearing. I've had my regular aids slingshot across parking lots when removing a mask. These in-the -ear (CIC) aids do not get in the way at all. I also use them for strenuous outdoor activity. I am a bit concerned that the lack of any reference to replacement domes and wax filters could render these units useless at some point and would give these 5 stars if replacements were readily available. This review is specifically for the red (right) unit, but applies equally to the blue (left). I do like that these are sold separately, and are therefore individually replaceable if necessary.

The reason why I order a couple of these already because every time I order one the battery cover brakes or the volume doesn't work I got to keep pushing the volume button with my finger so I can hear when I let it go the sound goes that's why I order this one the ones I was buying they were using batteries 312 perfect hearing now I got a whole bunch of 312 batteries here two packs and I can't even use it on this hearing aid because this hearing aid is a 10

Color is nice. I could not use this aid. Even with the smallest dome cover it was to big to fit diwn in my ear properly. It kept coming out.

I've worn hearing aids for the last seven years and have one of the expensive (Phonak) sets. I was looking for a CIC hearing aid because I didn't want to lose the expensive ones while putting a mask on and off. I have to say that I was very pleased with this set. They're well packaged, have some additional supplies and the Amazon batteries work well and last about 3-4 days with constant wear. My only suggestion would be to purchase one of those kits you use to repair eyeglasses with that has the tiny screwdriver. Adjusting the volume is easy if you have a small tool.

This hearing amplifier did work, but after only a few uses, it started to whistle all the time, and became unusable. I was disappointed, because it worked really well the first few times. I bought plenty of extra batteries, and changed them out, cleaned the product, adjusted it in my ear, but the whistling continued. Very disappointed.
