They work good for me as a meal substitute so that I can keep my calories down while getting the equivalent of protein needed

This is the best EAA supplement for the price. I only take 3-5 at a time to start my day/maintain a fasted state. This allows me to spread it over 2 months. If I were worried about calories, I’d take more but I’m a hard gainer lol
