It was very easy to assemble, and I was able to get everything set up and planted right away.One thing I really appreciated is that it comes with everything you need to get started, including the plastic pods holders, peat soil cones, plant food, and tweezers. I didn’t have to buy any extra starter supplies. All I needed were my seeds.I’ve noticed that my plants grow stronger and healthier in the HydroGarden compared to seeds I started in soil. The roots and leaves develop really well. I’ve also used it just to start plants and then transplant them into soil, and they’ve done great.Overall, I highly recommend this HydroGarden. It grew so many things from different herbs, peppers, lettuce, everything. My first hydroponic system. Easy to use and like how the light goes up as it grows, plus the two different lights (veg & flowers). The pump is very quiet and had a nice view of how much water. To provide fertilizer, easy with the measuring cups and easy to pour in. The design of the extra hole is a nice addition to keep adding water as the plants grow. The amount to grow is perfect to pull lettuce leaves off to add to a sandwich or make a small salad, grabbing some dill to add to my potatoes. Just be warned, they grow fast and big. So big that I took the dill out of the spot because it was almost touching the light and the light was pulled out to the max. Had the dill grow in a separate container. It lasted for a while but nothing like when it was in this grower -- as it has the auto light and pump.Recently the pump went out. I reached out to the company. They helped me troubleshoot and since the pump stopped working, sent me a new one.
