How to charge this item????I can't charge it through laptop or power bank

Hi. Best way to charge it is though laptop's or power banks usb otherwise you can use a normal power adaptor (don't use a fast charge adapter). Insert the tip of the cable in the product and leave about 5mm exposed. Don't insert the cable tip all the way. You can also refer to product listing images showing how to charge bliss.
