We started the first experiment and it's missing a key ingredient for the experiment. Is there a way to get the missing pouch of red cabbage powder?

There is a chance that it may have slid into another days compartment. If you are able to carefully open the top of the box to slide the inner tray out you should be able to locate the red cabbage powder and save the day! If it is not there, please contact us directly using the customer support info located on the bottom of your kit so we can further assist you directly.

How would an adult feel about getting this?

Depending on the individuals interests, abilities and limits this could be suitable and a fun throwback to your youth advent calendar! It might make them feel like a little kid again!

Which natgeo advent calendar should i buy? one with just the stones or the one with the added experiments for my 9-y precocious grand child?

My Grandsons love the experiment ones.

Are these the same experiments as the 2022 calendar?

Some are similar. Most stones are the same. Experiments are same yet different… crystal tree… last year we made snow (grand daughter had a reaction to powder). Kids lo es ot so much, I am willing to repeat as are they.
