I recently had oral surgery, and I was looking for a practical way to soothe the swelling and discomfort around my jaw and cheeks. This is a great cooling mask, but always use a linen napkin to keep coldness at bay.

I don’t use this as often as I thought I would but I del with rosacea and sometimes my face gets so hot! I tend to just grams my cold eye masks, but this is really a great choice too. The part that goes on your face is very soft, and it gets very cold.
