This battery basically keeps my family's devices - phones, iPads and laptops - charged (one or two at a time, obviously). With 30w output, it will charge a MacBook (though not a full charge, obviously), and juices up phones and other devices super quickly. it's also a very small unit, which makes it great for travelling, or just lugging around when your device is otherwise out of power. I wasn't sure about the built-in cable at first, but it's survived some pretty significant abuse over the last 6 months, and with a USB-C and USB-A port on there too, even if it did break it would still be a usable unit. The display shows percentage left, which is handy. Unlike newer / larger Anker models, this one doesn't show individual port wattages, but it will give you an estimated time left (be it discharge, or charge) so still very handy. It also seems to be fairly consistently on sale, so at the price I got it at - £26 - it's an absolute steal. the only thing to consider is that the newer version, which comes with an on-board Apple Watch charger too, whilst bulkier, does also come with pass-through charging (where you charge the battery from the wall and devices from the battery at the same time), which you don't realise you need in your life until you're travelling and no one but you in the entire family brings so much as a charging cable. It (the newer version) also has port reporting on watts being consumed which is handy to know, but not really essential. All in all, I can't recommend this battery enough. Anker is a brand I trust, and this battery pack has put the work in already in our house and on our travels, with plenty of life left in it yet.

This is a great power bank that is very reliable. The design is good with the built in C cable as well as other ports. You can charge in and out using the cable built in, while not getting too hot when in use. The power bank is well priced and light to carry around in a pocket. It will charge the phone well twice which is as expected for the battery life.

**UPDATE** I'm going to keep my original review here as I think it is absolutely worth knowing that this is the risk. HOWEVER, I've got to say Anker have been the absolute best with the whole issue. To give context: I bought the powerbank December 2024. My first one broke whilst mid travel in Australia, sometime around March 2025. The actual powerbank still charged but the attached lead must've had a dodgy connection and failed. I wasn't able to contact Anker until 30th September 2025 as I was still mid travel, however the moment I did, they understandably sent me troubleshooting steps before asking for order number etc. They immediately applied for a replacement order for me and by the afternoon of 1st October 2025, I had received notification that a replacement was being sent out to me. All whilst I kept the damaged one. Since then, I have used the new battery just as hard, also whilst travelling and not had a single issue. I've still got my old one which can still be used with an external lead - which works perfectly as my partner has a phone still with a lightning port, so he now uses that one. The battery on that one is still running strong and charges his phone 2-3 times which is great, and please bear in mind that they have both recently been in use in -20C skiing in Japan. My inital review was not too impressed with the product as I bought it originally for the built in lead, which I still agree is why I went for it in the first place. But considering I've had no issues with this new one at all, despite arguably more challenging conditions, definitely solidifies that it was just a one off faulty case with the initial one. And I can absolutely not fault Anker in the slightest with their customer support. I use their other products and have never had any issues. If this powerbank suits what you're looking for - I'd say go for it. You genuinely cannot go wrong with Anker and their service. -------------------------------------------------------- Okay when it works... I loved it. Was perfect for what I needed it for, which was to come travelling with me. Not incredible amounts of charge in it but good enough for what it was needed for and it's small so you've got to expect that. However, it's practically useless. I chose this specific one due to the inbuilt lead, but that lasted all of 3 months (not of constant use). Now there's a dodgy connection and that lead does not work. You may get it to start charging but you've only got to look at it and it disconnects. I don't like carrying a seperate lead around with me as I feel they get damaged or lost - but now I have to as the one reason I got this particular model was for the built in lead.

Right out of the box, its small and compact design appealed to me – perfect for on-the-go individuals who don't want the burden of carrying a hefty charger. The silver color gives it a sleek look, though I'm curious to see how the black version compares. The built-in USB-C cable is a fantastic addition, greatly reducing the need to carry around an extra cable. This feature alone adds a lot of convenience to my daily life. While I appreciate the additional two ports for their versatility, I would love to see Anker incorporate two USB-C ports and perhaps do away with the USB-A. It's a small personal preference as I see the world moving more towards USB-C compatibility. Performance-wise, this power bank doesn't disappoint. It charges rapidly at 30W, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also outputs at 30W. This means I can achieve maximum charge speed on my devices, including my iPad Pro and iPhone 15 Pro/15 Pro Max. One minor gripe I have is the paint finish. It seems to be a bit of a fingerprint magnet, which means I find myself wiping it down more often than I'd like. However, this is a small issue compared to the overall functionality and design of the product. In conclusion, Anker has once again proven why they're a leader in the portable charging industry. Perfect little power bank! Very portable size and weight, so extremely easy to transport in a bag/pocket if necessary - obviously depending on what you're wearing. Screen shows remaining charge very clearly - thats all it does, but you don't really need anything else in all honesty. The attached cable is a brilliant quality-of-life feature (one less thing to carry/forget to bring). Can also accommodate a second cable if you think you might need to charge 2 devices at once, though realistically it can top up our mobiles by 50-60% in 30 mins, so if 2 people need it you could just take it in turns very easily. Enough capacity for two full charge cycles near enough, so perfect for a long day or even weekend out and about, but you might want to consider a larger capacity if you're going on a longer trip. No heat issues detected, charging works flawlessly, powerbank charges up itself quickly so is always ready to go - literally perfect for what my son wanted, and I'm about to order another for my own work travels. Great value for money for this quality - Anker has been one of go-to brands for many years now, is known for exceptional customer service and and quite literally never let us down.

This is an really good power bank. When fully charged it easily charges my old Pixel phone twice. The display is useful, its a reasonable size/weight and I like the built-in cable - you can use it as a carrying handle and it has stood up to it so far with no sign of damage! Unfortunately, after 6 months there was a slight problem. After having charged my phone, I laid the battery bank down with nothing connected to it. On returning to it a few hours later, it was extremely hot around the top, and the display had stopped working. Its quite disturbing when something is getting hot and there's nothing you can do to control it. So I took it out to my cold garage, where it fully discharged itself. I didn't take the risk of trying to use it again. I was outside of the Amazon return window, so I phoned the Anker UK support number. A recorded voice said they would call me back, which they did within a few minutes. A real person took all the details, they then emailed me asking for my shipping details. A week later I had a replacement! I did not have to return the old one, they suggested I recycle it. Five stars for excellent customer service, wouldn't it would be great if all companies could be so helpful. The replacement unit works fine. But what happened with my old one along with news media coverage of Li-ion battery fires/explosions over the last year or so has reminded me to use these things with a little more caution now. So, assuming the new one doesn't develop the same problem, it's five stars from me 👍

It charges my samsung galaxy s25 plus to 80% in less than 30 min. Awesome on the go! Brilliant!

I have had two of these and both have the same fault. Anker replaced the first device as after a few weeks it stoped charging after a few minutes which and overload error message. The second unit does exactly the same thing. I seems like it cannot handle the power draw from modern iPhones. If you have a modern fast charging phone do not buy this.

Bought this for emergencies and have only needed it a hand full of times. Every time, I have the same experience, a fully charged phone and feeling of amazement on how fast this portable charger charges. I own many and have owned a ton over the years for traveling, and this one is by far my favorite charger due to it's small size, built in functional cable, digital readout, and insane speed for something so small. The icing on the cake is how well it holds a charge. While this charger could easily be used for everyday use, having a reliable charger in my car for emergencies knowing that it holds a full charge for months, if very comforting.

This is the only powerbank I know that has enough power to use a GoPro camera without the camera has a battery inside. I needed a powerbank that specifically could do this because if you want to film over a longer period of time the GoPro runs too hot and shutsdown, so using this powerbank as an external powersource solved that for recording my bands gigs. Besides that it's super fast, very compact and has great electronics to display the percentage of power in the powerbank. I have bought a whole bunch of them, for me these are the best. I do recommend to wait for the special offer, don't pay the EUR 50, they go on sale a few times a year for EUR 30. That is a good price for these powerbanks.
