Really happy about this purchase, took a while for the item to expand from its vacuum package, however once it has fully expanded, it turns out really comfortable. Hopefully it will last as looks quite sturdy.

I bought it for my wife but she finds it too heavy to move around. I love it and the small pocket is Ideal for gadgets and remotes

Item came vacuum packed and although after 24 hours it had plumped up somewhat, it was nothing like what is shown in the picture when you buy. It is so full of cut foam that I barely had room to sit on my sofa with it. The detachable headrest flops and as the body is so full you can't even get your head/neck anywhere near it to use it. The box it comes in is totally inadequate if you want to return it, as obviously a vacuum packed item needs a lot less space than when it is at it's normal size. Took 2 of us and a great deal of tape to eventually squeeze it back into the original box. Overall, the most uncomfortable cushion I have ever had the misfortune to try. Save your money and time and look elsewhere!

An amazingly supportive cushion, with the ability to remove some of the shredded foam filling if too bulky via a zipped opening at the base of the inner cushion, so you can "personalise" the support to your own preference. It was so bulky initially my mother couldn't sit on the chair properly so we did have to remove some of the filling - but I can use this to make or pad out out a small cushion. If you remove too much it ends up sagging and loses the upper support provided, so it's a fine balance.My mother likes the cushion, it's soft cover and supportive arms are like a wee hug for her in the chair.Once you get the back support adjusted to your needs it's a fabulous support cushion.

I am really impressed with this cushion. It is firm enough to offer the support where I need it but for me it is also comfortable enough to sleep on and lets keep my head above my waist. The optional neck pillow attaches to the cushion v\using two small buttonsI know the cover is removable and washable but I haven't tried this yet. I am currently investigating whether there are seoarate covers available for it.It was a little more expensive than some of the other cushions but definitely worth it. All in all, I would highly recommend this product
