I've had it for a few weeks now and it's incredibly easy to clean - separates into four parts (main cup, lid, silicone straw top and inner plastic straw). There's no tricky to access space for mould to grow. The silicone straw top can be separated from the plastic straw in the main cup for easy cleaning. I'd recommend getting a straw cleaner if you don't already have one. Also love the flexibility of the silicone straw. It keeps my ice frozen all day and I can top up water multiple times without having to add extra ice. Being a tumbler, if you were to tip it upside down, water will come out of the straw however, this is to be expected. I've purchased a silicone straw topper which helps to prevent water coming out in case I've accidentally dropped it, or it's tipped over.
