OXO Good Grips 9-Inch Silicone Whisk - Red

So far, so good. I’ve never had too much of a problem with OXO brand items, this does exactly what it’s supposed to. Easy to grip and easy to clean.

Oxo kitchen items have always been great for us but this was an exception. Although this wisk felt good in the hand as most Oxo items do, the wisk tines were weak and floppy and needed to be stiffer. The handle also broke and even after epoxying it back together it failed again.

Just bought some new really nice non-stick cookware & hated always having to use another bowl r/t having only metal whisks. This is great for working up a roux in the pan or any time you need to stir, mix or fluff something without transferring it or starting in another bowl or pan. Very comfortable in the hand, washes up easily w/o food sticking all through. This non-stick whisk has replaced my Flat, my Ball, my Sauce, & often my metal French & Mini whisks. Highly recommend this kitchen tool.

Good for using in any cookware - does not scratch glass like metal whisk does. Only complaint is the handle broke after only 3 years usage. I thought it should have lasted longer. However, I liked it so much I did order a second one though. OXO is a reliable good quality brand.

Recently I received a beautiful set of Rachel Ray cookware. It has performed its cooking duties well, and it makes a nice display hanging from the rack above our countertop. Easy to clean by just wiping it off in soapy water, it makes clean up a breeze. I immediately ordered a Rachel Ray whisk in the same orange color as the handles on the cookware to be sure I would be taking proper care of each piece. It has to last me a long time. I never thought anyone would market an utensil to go with an expensive set of cookware that would harm the cookware finish. RACHEL RAY DID! Her whisk is metal! I noticed after a few washings that the sauce pans didn't look quite clean. They had several "streaks" along the bottom and sides. Those streaks did not come off, and I realized it was that darn metal whisk that had marred the surface. I bought this whisk and another in a different length from OXO at Amazon that are silicon covered. They do not scratch or mark the surface. The handle is easy to grip and the whisk is sturdy enough that it does not bend at the slightest touch of a sidewall. I love them. I only hope I didn't permanently ruin the pans before buying the new whisks. Why would anyone sell something that is obviously meant to go with cookware that would harm it? Who knows...anything for money, I guess.

I've come to like OXO products in general over the years, so expected this to be a good whisk when I bought it. It hasn't disappointed and has become a well used kitchen tool. It's built well, it won't scratch pans, is easy to clean, and purposely small. This is a great whisk for beating a few eggs at a time for individual omelets. I like it and I'd buy it again.

Works great with non stick cookware.

The silicone coated whisk arrived very quickly and was boxed well. My wife is a wonderful chef and adores this whisk as it will not scratch her expensive, non-stick pans. She actually seeks out OXO products as their quality is well known in the cooking world and their customer support is always top notch. Super pleased with this whisk and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone serios about cooking.

Please be mindful, I only purchased this item a few weeks ago and have only used the item a few times and the silicone has already started to deteriorate.

Great litle whisk. does it's job very well and is reasy to keep clean.

This will be very useful when I need to make scrambled eggs or sauces in my non stick cookware. I used it for baking recently and it fits nicely into my hand grip and flexes very well while using. Great purchase. And OXO is, in my opinion, an excellent brand. Thanks for the great delivery timeframes too.

My whisk arrived several days late but reasonably packed (although stuffed through the letterbox by the delivery driver). Luckily, it wasn't damaged. I like OXO Good Grips products and this looks sufficiently sturdy. My previous silicone whisk was old and virtually falling apart which is why I replaced it with this one. I hope it serves me as well as the discarded one. With cast iron cookware, one should never use metal tools so investing in silicone tools is essential. I shall use this OXO whisk for sauces, gravy, and scrambled eggs.
