Love them! My legs run a little short for my overall height, so I feel more confident with heels. But sometimes I want to be comfortable and wear flat boots like Timberlands, and these insoles solved my problem! I used the lowest setting, 1 inch, in my Timerberland boots, and now I have just that extra boost of height that makes me feel my legs are shapelier. Super comfy too.These were easy to trim with size markings on the product. They only went up to size 9, so they would be perfect for a woman, but not a man with larger feet. Also, the attachment piece doesn't stay locked tight, but falls out easily. Not a problem once they are secure in your shoes, but a little hard to maneuver when you are inserting since the booster piece keeps falling about. Doesn't matter to me, since I am only going to use these on the 1 inch, lowest setting.No bad chemical smell. Seller is super helpful & wanted to make sure I was happy. Will definitely be buying more. This is a fabulous product for shorter people to gain height & confidence!

Took a little getting used to, but i like them. My advice is wear them with a boot or chukka. I only wear the small lift (1.5”), haven’t worn with the 3” modifications. Wear your laces a little looser, if not the top of your foot will hurt. I put them under the shoe insert, and the more you wear them the more manageable/comfortable they become.

I'm a 5'10" guy, which is relatively tall, but I always felt a little more confident in shoes that had some height to them. Now, you can add that height to any shoes you wear.— HEIGHT OPTIONS —These insoles can make you 1.4" or 2.1" taller, depending on your preference. I chose 1.4" because being too tall made my legs look too long and disproportionate—and people will have a Spidey sense that something is amiss. These are fantastic when wearing jeans that are longer than your height and you don't want to get them hemmed.— COMFORT —Well, here's the thing. When has beauty ever been comfortable? These are fine comfort wise, but it partially feels like you're trying to balance when walking. I wouldn't recommend wearing these if you intend to do a lot of walking in a day. Short walks are manageable, but definitely don't wear them out for long walks.— SUMMARY —You'd be surprise how an extra inch or two in height will boost your confidence, and you can never be too tall. Just don't overdo it. Recommended.

It makes my flat snow boots more fun to wear and the heels feel very comfortable, with a little bounce. I found that I could only use the 1” insert because the taller ones don’t fit in any of my shoes. Unfortunately, the left insert is slightly taller than the right one, which feels strange and is not good for the spine. Otherwise, I would have given the product five stars. hope the seller will see this message and send me a replacement.

I found the whole shoe lift to be too high, I only needed 1" for my right leg. I used the inserts which are 3/4 of an inch where as the lift itself was 1 and 1/4 inch. The inserts work great and I'm certain this will take care of my sciatica problem in the right side of my back. This comes with a lift for both feet and inserts for both. I only need it for my right leg and only the inserts.

Ouch. Shipping was excellent. The actual product felt like a tire. Not sure what material it is but immediately I had an allergic reaction. It smelled of bad rubber and perhaps contains an ingredient that may cause a reaction to anyone with sensitive skin. These are also extremely wide. Didn’t matter much, I had to put them up due to my skin reaction.

I promise this isn't a paid review. I say that because I'm overly satisfied with this product. Often going out I'm the shorter guy standing at 5'9 making it tough to communicate often looking up. I got the 2 layers which are detachable. You're actually ok with just one layer and that CAN FIT ANY SHOE. Layer 2 requires at minimum 1 inch above the ankle . Mid top to boots is fine. They have actually helped SOLVR MY ANKLE PAIN. when I'm not wearing them the pain reoccurs. At first it will feel odd walking 1.5 inches higher but once you get use to it... You all set to go. Oh, THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. I'm 215 pds. and 30 yrs old. Non of my friends recognized the difference. I also GET RECOGNIZED MORE AND FEEL CONFIDENT. Again, THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW. I was very skeptical. VERY!!! I'd highly recommend these.

I purchased these to help give me a lift in height. It definitely noticeable how much taller I am. I am not as self-conscious around my taller friends.LikeThe shock absorbers makes the difference.DislikesThe lift can be awkward on the heel to toe ratio.

It is really not reasonable for different size shoes with the same insole. For a small size shoes，like us 7，I cannot use it，because the increase part is too long，so the middle part also increased if I put it inside which caused I cannot wear the shoes. Bad product

Too big. You must buy bigger size shoes in order to put them in. Just accept the short height

Worked as described. Comes in two pieces. I used the small piece for one pair of shoes and the main part for another pair. Comfy and did not feel weird. I’m a size IT 39.

This is exactly what I needed. It looks discrete enough to not suspect it as lift soles. These are comfortable to have them in my dress shoes or casual shoes.
