Good cookies, low sugar a pantry must
Finally decided to write a review. I love these dumb little cookies. I do not like almond flour. However, the almond flour in this recipe for these cookies is great. Great dipped in tea or coffee. Clean ingredients value priced.

One of the best gluten free cookies
I have tried many gluten free cookies out there and these are one of my favorite! They are sweet, tasty and crunchy. Loved them with coffee.

A very good cookie!
These are nice for the size. You can pack a few in a small tupperware container because they are fragile cookies. Great for an on the go snack. Main reason I enjoy these are because of safety for Celiac digestion. No reacations at all. Other cookies do seem to cause some discomfort, whereas these have been a safe cookie. Knocked a star off due to the rising cost. These used to be a go to favorite for the price. There are not many cookies inside the box to really justify the price increase. It will be a once in a blue moon purchase from now on.

Excellent cookie
A terrific tasting cookie. They are small and coffee or milk is needed, but they are good in taste and texture. Everything Simple Mills makes is great.

Good cookies but lousy Amazon shipping/packing ("crumby situation")
The problem is not the cookies: gluten free, tasty little bits of chocolate chip in them. The problem lies with Amazon's packaging for shipping. The Simple Mills box would be fine for store shelves, but Amazon's brown paper shipping bags do not prevent lots of cookie breakage. You would think Amazon's employees/packers would realize things get tossed around and other things put on top in trucks, but evidently not so since there's lots of cookie breakage and crumbs. Thumbs up to Simple Mills and a big thumbs down to Amazon's packing/shipping.

The first thing I liked was their texture: they are crunchy and have a very pleasant flavor, with the right balance between almond flour and chocolate chips. They don't feel too sweet, which makes them perfect to accompany a coffee or tea. I also like that they are made with simple ingredients, such as almond flour and organic coconut oil, which gives them a more natural flavor. They are a practical alternative to carry in your wallet or enjoy between meals.

The best cookies I ever had
Clean & short ingredients list, crunchy texture, not too sweet, lovely taste and no oats as you mostly find in the cookies here in UK, which I can’t eat. The quality of their products is very good. Definitely expensive due to shipping cost but it’s worth it!

Cookies with a short ingredient list and high quality taste
These are my favourite boxed cookies, the perfect crunchy texture and sweet taste with ingredients you can pronounce! Losing a star for the price but I know they are an American brand so maybe that is a contributing factor.

Worst
The product was delivered today (23/02/2026, but the box clearly shows a Best By date of 12/23/2025. This means the item was already out of date at the time of delivery. As this is a food product, it is not acceptable to receive it past its best-by date.
