Are Filters included for both units?

They come with the filters installed. You can remove them for cleaning.

The discription says it removes 99.99% of 0.1 micron particles, but fewer 0.3 micron particles. Arent those larger? Why is this the case?

I do not know. But they do work very well. 😊

Is this fairly quiet would like to put it in a nursery

Thank you for your inquiry. It Is very quiet. The turbo cycle is louder but is not so loud it would disturb your sleep once you got used to it. Best wishes. AIRTOK Satisfaction Team
