Effective in reducing Bloat
I have a particularly fussy stomach. I can go from looking normal to 8 months pregnant and there is no consistency to what will cause it.I take one of these with my meals and it has greatly improved my abdominal swelling/bloating. I still have issues...just greatly reduced which has been nice. Not a fan of having to wear or tote leggings along with me everywhere I go.

This Stuff Works!
This stuff works SOO good!! I switched from Love Wellness and then tried the original Flatter Me bloat relief. They both worked, but not nearly as much as the extra strength! I take one pill with a meal and wake up in the morning feeling skinny!

This stuff actually caused bloating and water retention to worsen! I tried it for a week and every time I would be bloated and puffy about an hour after taking thisEditing to add: the company reached out after seeing this was ineffective for me and offered a full refund. I appreciate a company standing behind their product that way. Makes it worth trying
