This is obviously a well known brand, so I'm not surprised that the charcoal is good quality. It's a bit more expensive than some others where you get lots in a tin, but it's still cheaper than some others I buy - so it's a good middle of the road price. The charcoal doesn't snap easily, and gives a lovely smooth line, it's great for gestural work.
