These are good quality longvida curcumin capsules that work out cheaper than other brands I've used. The 400mg capsules are smaller than usual so easier to swallow if you struggle with this. The packaging and branding is decent and I'll be using these again when I need to order more.

Great Turmeric

Unlike another Longvida Tumeric product from Ingenious that cost more I felt not much on this one. I wish it worked like the other Longvida product . I gave 3 stars because this is good value for money the price compared to the other one .

Been taking this twice a day and definitely noticed a difference in any body aches after a workout. I am also taking this for cancer to keep inflammation down. I do notice a difference when I am not using it, so will continue with it.
