Q: Are these caftans one size fits all? I see no sizes listed.

Comfortably its a one size for missy. Im 5'3" tall and wear 16/18, with most of my weight in my belly. I ordered the black white cold shoulder, and the tan cream, and I have a little room left. My mom is 3x and cannot wear these.

Q: Are these made in China an shipped from China? What is the return policy?

I don't know but it seems like everything on Amazon is made in China. I got mines in 2 days because of prime so I doubt they are shipped from China. I'm pretty sure it's returnable like most things on Amazon. Look at the return policy for Amazon.
