Good tool.
After numerous outdoor projects. It's still strong. Hanging in there. Makes hedge work a breeze. Like giving my hedges a haircut.

Love the product.
Product has never failed me. The case allows me to keep all the tools together! Love that it came with 2 batteries, but I have yet run out of power with one. You definitely need to clean the blades after use and be sure they are completely dry before you put them away because the blade will rust.

Soft plastic gear. Easily break
The gear between the motor and the blade is made of cheap soft plastic. It beaks if you accidentally put the blade on ANY thin stick while cutting grass. When it happened for the first time I thought it was my fault not being careful enough, so I bought a second blade. The second blade broken within the same day I received it! == Edit == Adding a star for the great customer service. After I posted the review above, the manufacture contacted me promptly and refunded the broken blades. I hope the manufacture will take my suggestion and start making blades with metal gears.

blades are sharp
I was surprised to find that the grass shears are extremely sharp. Took care of trimming the grass in one pass. Just wish you could buy the grass shear blades without have to buy the hedge trimmer blade.

Great for detailing
Great gadget to take care of details in hard to reach areas when cutting the lawn. These replacement blades are reasonably priced allowing me time to resharpen the worn out set.

Blades dull pretty quickly and the hedger doesn't cut through vines, batteries do last a long time
