This is great no taste I put it on my cereal in my tea and coffee I think my skin has improved it’s softer

Now on month 3 and starting to see a slight difference with joints it takes time . Also great no taste put in my coffee every day.

Just started taking this as it looks very promising. The bio active collagen ingredients from Gelita appear to be worth a punt. Taking specifically for joint health, cartilage, ligaments and tendons. But not sure about the claims of the FORTIGEL to increase bone density. There is an alternative collagen also from Gelita called FORTIBONE (for bone density) which PURA have incorporated into a different product called BALANCE. Also not sure about combing multiple different PURA products as they target different areas, I would be worried about the stress this may put on my body with a larger consumption of collagen protein. Perhaps I would try and combine this with one other PURA product ie GLOW but would not attempt to combine ALL PURA collagen products simultaneously. PURA have combined the collagen ingredients with other supplements which should improve their efficacy. That’s brilliant and gives this Product a great USP. Update 9/42023 - had also got my father to try some collagen for an issue with joints. He had been taking a different brand for about a month but it was too expensive to sustain so he switched to pura glow and flex which was much much better value for money. My Dad suffered from Psoriasis on his hands and knees for years. However, quite quickly we noticed that the Psoriasis completely cleared up on his hands and the knees have improved. It could be coincidence but we feel certain that it is down to the collagen - probably the GLOW as my Dad has not made any other changes to his diet, lifestyle or treatments.

I took this product on recommendation as I have crunchy knees and joints. I find it very easy to add into my breakfast cereal and smoothies with no impact to the flavour of my food. I have noticed in the first month a great improvement in the freedom of movement of my knees and joints and more comfort in doing strength workouts with weights. It’s feels so good to be able to increase my mobility as I get older as opposed to the opposite! So far it appears to be a great product for me and I will be continuing to use it. The company also has a very positive message and vibe which I really like.
