Horrible!
I used Repair Velvet one time. My hair looked very nice afterwards. Not fly away. I brushed my hair out 3 days later prior to washing, and my brush was loaded with my hair. It was scary! Yes, I am a senior citizen and my hair has thinned some over the last couple of years, but that process has stopped. This product caused it to fall out like never before. I will not use again. Very strange!

Can’t read directions on bottle, don’t know if using correctly.
Unfortunately the directions on how to use this product correctly is written so small on the bottle that even with a magnifier I couldn’t read it. Bottomline, it seems like the makers of this product would have directions on how to use this product. I’ve no idea if I’m using it correctly, or maybe if I used it differently it would work better. Can’t give a perfect score if the company that makes this product doesn’t care enough for customers to read the directions. I’m not kidding. I used a magnifier and still could not read the Ulta small writing.
